Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies and 3 years relevant experience; or
• Possess 7 years drafting experience in an architectural firm;
• Possess Associate Membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM); or
• Pass BIM Certified Expert Level II Examination (recognized by HKIBIM) or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 year of BIM working experience includes planning, designing, administrating and operating of BIM projects;
• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDraw and 3DS MAX;
• Pass a selection interview held in Architectural Services Department conducted by the Supervising Officer or his representative prior to acceptance by the Supervising Officer;
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) ;
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• 45 hours per week working, Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:45;
• To work in offices of Architectural Services Department (ASD).
