Are you an organized thinker and communicator? Are you able to counsel clients on a range of topics and negotiate and close related transactions?

• negotiate global and regional Fintech, Information Technology, hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, market data, outsourcing and other vendor contracts
• advise on firm-wide FinTech, digital and outsourcing initiatives, and related policies
• provide related legal advice, and interpret legislative and regulatory requirements
