• Form 5 graduate with HKCEE full cert (Chinese,English, Mathematics need to pass), preferably have completed a post secondary; certificate programme on human resources management;
• Minimum 1 year's relevant Contractor Labour Officer experience preferred; 
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and good PC knowledge;
• Mature and independent, with excellent communication and liaison skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferred
