• Form 5 / DSE graduate with full cert, preferably have completed a post secondary; certificate programme on human resources management;
• at least 2 years construction site experience; 
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and good PC knowledge;
• Mature and independent, with excellent communication and liaison skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferred.
