• Attaining 5 subjects at Grade ‘E’ or above in HKCEE (including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent 
• 2 years' full time working experience on Personnel Management or Human Resources related duties; or Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferable
• Prepare monthly reports on Payment of Wages, MPF contributions and daily records of wage books to site management
• Handle complaints from site personnel on any matters relating to wage payment and other personnel issues
• Provide necessary assistance to site personnel
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
• Housing Authority projects’experience is required
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Contractor’s Labour Officer
