Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Contract administration with suppliers and sub contractors
  • Review contracts with client or main contractors
  • Preparation of tender proposals
  • Manage claims for progress and variation order, etc
  • Cost control
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Quantity Surveying, Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Familiar with conditions of contracts and Security of Payment act
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
