Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contract administration with suppliers and sub contractors
- Review contracts with client or main contractors
- Preparation of tender proposals
- Manage claims for progress and variation order, etc
- Cost control
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quantity Surveying, Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Familiar with conditions of contracts and Security of Payment act
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
