Job Description

We are a well-established, dynamic recruitment company situated in Sai Ying Pun and have established ourselves as a leader in the industry. With over 35 years as market leader, our clients include law firms, multinationals and financial institutions. We are now hiring a Contracts and Accounts Manager to join our collegial team. You will work closely with our Managing Directors, Finance Director, Marketing Manager and consultants. In this role, you will support the vendor contract process, reviewing, drafting and negotiating with clients, contract administration and process management, and other client-related account administration matters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review, negotiate, draft, finalize the terms to execution of the contracts
  • Ensure that all contract terms are in line with our standard’s T&C and business interests
  • Respond to enquiries from clients or consultants regarding contract obligations
  • Identify risks and issues, counter-propose clients with other alternatives to protect our business interests
  • Establish and maintain contractual management of all the service agreements across the regions by keeping our T&Cs record updated
  • Draft fee sharing agreements with other agencies
  • Participate in tender process by submitting our price quotation, financial, marketing materials and other related business information and documentations as required
  • Involve in billing process for placements including vendor setup and checking of the invoicing information to make sure they are in line with our agreed contract terms
  • Follow up with clients on overdue payments and agreements which are yet to be signed back by them
  • Liaise with consultants or clients on contract in a timely manner
  • Support on labor department matters such as notification of personnel changes in our company, renewal of licenses etc.
  • Handle the renewal of the company’s insurance matters including professional indemnity insurance policy
  • other ad hoc administrative matters

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years’ contract administration experience is required
  • Legal contracts exposure highly desirable
  • A collaborative team player preferred
  • Fluent written and oral English and Chinese skills, excellent negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration
