Job Description

l Lead the control room function to perform daily task
l Perform daily control room function including deal logging, maintenance of Restricted and Watch List, conflict clearance for investment banking business, clearance of research reports, personal account dealing approval, wall crossing request approval, etc.
l Advising on licensing matters for both corporate and individual level.
l Perform KYC check for investment banking related projects
l Advising business on control room and licensing matters.
l Assist in establishing compliance related policies and procedures.

Qualification
l Degree holder in business, law or other related discipline
l At least 7 years working experience in sizeable investment banks for related areas

Technical Skills / Soft Skills Requirement
l Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
l Good interpersonal and communication skills
l Familiar with local rules, regulations and common market practice
l Good team player
