Control Room is required to monitor the whole of G4S Secure Solutions operations on a 24/7 basis. All ad hoc, extra-ordinary incidents that are reported to the Control Room must be handled by the Control Supervisor and Shift Controllers in the first instance with escalation to the appropriate management level as the incident dictates.

Responsibilities:

• To manage various control room functions, including the usage of in-house software and internal compliance work
• Work closely with security operation team and give suitable responses
• Responsible for answering telephone hotline and data entry
• Provide customer service for clients and handle customer complaints 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• With good PC skills
• Written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Good in customer services skills
• High integrity and good communication with senior management
• Security control room experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift duties (10hrs per shift); including overnight shifts
• Able to work under pressure
