Read on In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Working under the guidance of the Team Lead and Senior Engineers. Develop knowledge of EA product portfolio On call for Customer Service contracts including weekend support on a rota basis Attending customers sites to investigate and rectify faults. Conducting factory acceptance testing activities. Supporting with product testing against industry standards. Customer Support with Technical Queries. Support tendering activities. Managing Lab Equipment. We are looking for super minds with the following experience: Level 3 Qualification Relevant electrical engineering experience an advantage Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
