Job Description
- Provide a single contact across Central China to destination/customers in daily communication
- Support the maintenance of the daily account performance ,and establish contingency plan
- Handle SO exceptions in from China suppliers
- Settle the complaints from customers/suppliers
- Lead GT Nexus training sessions for suppliers in China and act as the contact window for them for system-related issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high quality service and keep the operation excellence in daily operation flow :
1) provide timely responses
2) ensure the compliance of the SOP/Service Level Agreement (SLA) .
3) ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Manage the daily communication between the team/destination/customers and origins to ensure customers can get the overnight response about their requests.
- Support the preparation of the daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly Key Performance Indicator
to the customers/management. - Identify the problems/solutions in the daily operations flow ,then manage the team to carry out the preventive actions
- Hold conference calls/performance review with origins to confirm origins understanding on the customer's requirement in SOP and reinforce orgin compliance
- Handle the complaints from suppliers/customers
- Perform any Ad hoc projects assigned by superior
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- High school graduation or above &diploma in Logistics Management.Good command in English and Mandarin
- 5+ years’ experience for logistics and customer services for Global Account
- Experience in using GT Nexus
- Experience in supply chain solution management
- Understanding the China customers regulations
- Provide courteous ,friendly to both internal and external parties.Flexible, Ability to motivate
