Your responsibilities

• Leading GBS controlling invoice billing process.
• Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information.
• Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitoring financial performance of the Local GBS Hub.
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Responsible service charge calculation. Make sure charge follow up Global GBS charge model.
• Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers.
• Work with SAP/BI team to develop further automation controlling report
• Other task/s arranged by the Line Manager.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or business-related course.
• 5 years of experience in finance/accounting operational.
• Fluent in verbal English.
• Can work under high pressure.
• Has Good leadership & Communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and understanding of ABB financial and business processes and structure is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP skill is plus.
