We make real what matters. This is your role Drive digitalization initiatives to drive financial insights Responsible for P&L, BS, Cashflow controlling and monitoring for the BU. Responsible to drive monthly Forecasting for the BU Collate and analyze monthly bottom-up calculation for all KPIs of revenue, PFO and FCF Liaison between with the Business Segments and BU management Ensure correctness and transparency in the books of accounts Carry out periodic reviews of the P&L, BS Responsible for carrying out the Yearly Budget calculations for the BU and ensure timelines are met. Support in preparation of Business review meeting with the BU, Division, OPCO and Country management Involvement in the preparation and maintenance of the 5 year Business planning for the BU. Ensure internal control Dashboards are monitored and kept green. Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing and Direct and Indirect tax requirements Project Controlling is part of the responsibility – to ensure regular reviews are done with the project team. Present the outcomes to the BU management. Ensure timely completion of Quarterly Audit. Liaison with CFR, CF A and external Auditors. Partner BU management and other key stakeholders to drive new business models In addition, right candidate will also be given additional execution related responsibilities to drive operational business results and also to lead special projects for T Division. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Finance leaders with > 5 Years of people management, stakeholder management experience Strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience in Financial analysis, Project Audits and Controlling, wider financial experience in knowledge, including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning, Management reporting and Controlling Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP.
