Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Performance Controller for its Customer Services business. Internal Title: Controlling Professional Business Title: Deputy General Manager - Finance Location : Bengaluru Job Responsibilities • Ensure timely Month End Closing and Financial Reporting in collaboration with various stakeholders • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial figures to HQ/RHQ/local management • Ensure Timely submission of monthly commentaries to HQ with reference to deviations/risks • Prepare key data for finalization of MTA/MBR (Annual Budget) • Collaborate within the CS team to prepare data for monthly calls with Regional Headquarters • Submission of Quarter wise forecast of key financials of CS including P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cash flow and Headcount • Ensure Forecast Accuracy during submission of Quarterly/Yearly forecast • Collaborate with HQ/RHQ/Local teams for implementation of digital tools for forecasting, reporting, data analytics etc. • Monthly analysis of COPA into different cost elements and circulation to all stakeholders • Regular review and monitoring of New Order and OOH • Regular monitoring of overheads including month end allocations as per defined keys • Co-ordinate for the yearly re-organization activities • Perform variance analysis to understand the reasons for deviations in forecast • Co-ordinate with Accounting and Audit team for timely completion of Quarterly/Yearly Audits for CS • Calculate Internal and External Hourly Rates Education Qualification • CA/ICWA • At least 4-5 years’ experience in Controlling/Business Administration function in a Service Organization IT Skills • Well versed with MS Office tools/Power BI • Good Knowledge of FI/Accounting/ Customer Services Modules in SAP Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
