Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Molecular Imaging PLM Controlling Professional /Financial Analyst This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Molecular Imaging PLM Controlling Professional, you will be responsible for: Prepare, review and discuss business cases for R&D projects in a cross-functional setting, providing an investor perspective to project proposals. Present project financial assessments to MI executive management team in decision meetings. Prepare R&D portfolio analysis with a financial perspective with the objective to present conclusions and recommendations to MI executive management Work closely with R&D, product management and other members of the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis efforts. Conduct financial tracking and controlling of internal initiatives to optimize cost and structure of the PLM function. Propose and implement processes and tools to improve and automate R&D forecasting and cost review. Knowledge of industry of healthcare system manufacturing and service. Business knowledge research & development, or sales and marketing, or supply chain management, etc. 5-10 years’ experience in multinational companies. 3-5 years’ experience in investment controlling. 5-10 years’ experience in finance/controlling. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree with 5-10 years’ experience in finance/controlling. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including summarizing complex analyses for executives. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems. Pro-active and independent working style, used to deadlines. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable working in a team environment with shared goals and interdependent tasks. Creativity and strong analytical skills. Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience MBA or Master’s degree in finance related field. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and business warehouse. Knowledge of business digitalization applications, e.g. PowerBI, Jedox, Valsight, etc. Experience in R&D controlling preferred.
