Ensure that guidelines for accounting & reporting are in place and in conformity with the IFRS & IND AS. Assess changes arising in accounting regulations and its implementation. Ensure design for ICFR controls is effective and adequately implemented within Siemens Limited and the regional companies to have an effective and efficient internal control system. Coordination with external auditor and internal auditors for various accounting topics, Implementation of adequate measures to remediate audit findings. Imparting Training on various accounting topics on monthly basis. Provide accounting guidance on special topics. Implementing new accounting standards in Siemens Limited and its affiliate companies We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience. Big 4 Experience preferred. Proficient in IFRS & IND AS, ICFR control design skills, Working knowledge of SAP, Good communication and organizational skills. The role is an individual contributor.
