Today, we are recruiting for “Controlling Professional” position to Join our team in Turkey. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Controlling, planning, and reporting of all key financial figures and the related parameters within the defined area of responsibility. Change the future with us Controlling Professional will be responsible for financial aspects of Business Controlling, including Financial Performance Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting. This role will also require smarter reporting, working cohesively within the team Grants clean books and records, ensuring coherence with superior controlling standards, policies and procedures. Supports country management in both planning and rolling forecast processes with a Country perspective, consolidating Business Units information, tracking top-down and bottom-up targets, and proceeding with both planning and rolling forecast process. Coordinates, monitors and conducts forecasting and budgeting of the support function reporting through service agreements Performs analysis of Actuals evaluation, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs Budget / Forecast. Grants the follow-up of specific agreed productivity & NCC reduction measures, including an accurate reporting on their progress. Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system. Carries out analyses and profitability calculations, actively monitoring financial performance, providing regular KPI analysis / business reports, including comments and alerts / early warnings on respective performance at Region/Country and BU level. Performs evaluations of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items, tracking and managing ad-hoc high-quality reporting package both to management. Act as a SPOC between corporate functions and business units Drives monthly closing activities. Direct responsibility to produce individual reports on specific parameters and presentation documents for management meetings. Processing of audit-related documents for internal and external audits (e.g., industrial audits, tax audits, company audits) Actively drives internal digital transformation on financial reporting and the optimization / continuous improvement of financial processes, in coordination with stakeholders. Use your skills to move the world forward University degree in BA, Economics, Finance from a reputable university 8+ years of relevant experience with solid knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures. Accounting principles (IFRS), controlling/reporting, tax, permanent establishments, NCM, hedging, hedge accounting Good command of SAP/Spiridon Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach, solid professional judgment & problem solving ability and good communication skills Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams.
