You are responsible for product costing in the area of costing and pricing and independently determine costs and prices (Factory Selling Price) for new and existing products. Among other things, you validate underlying assumptions such as production times, lot sizes and make a significant contribution to the preparation of quotations. You support the implementation of cross-location PLM topics in cooperation with partners at the global locations. Your area of responsibility includes tracking the achievement of target costs, the conception of variant calculations and participating in the preparation of target costing discussions with internal customers. You analyze changes in product costing and work with plant regulative, enabling you to optimize holistic, global value flows wall-to-wall. Your support in the digital transformation team includes: Further development and digitization of global product cost controlling, data analyses and reports. Management of projects to optimize existing or new IT tools to support FIN tasks. Analysis, optimization and automation of internal processes regarding optimization potential using BI tools and modern planning solutions. What you need to make real what matters. You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or business administration. You have specialist knowledge of costing & pricing, are familiar with the principles of global value flows and have process knowledge in the plant environment. You have a high IT affinity and knowledge of SAP BW solutions, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) and are interested in new technologies in the financial environment. Your experience in the cloud computing platforms Google or Azure Cloud as well as knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, Java) is an advantage. A confident handling of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, World Power Point, Think Cell, One Note), SAP ERP/3 (FI/CO), and business fluency in English are a matter of course for you.
