• develop ChatAssist Digital Virtual Agent (Amelia)
• work with external and internal developers to create automated responses to common branch questions
• run CTB and RTB processes for ChatAssist development and maintenance
• have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
• have a focus on creating an excellent client experience
