International English Position – ESL Teacher
Job Description
Web International English requires native English speaking teachers to support our computer-based English Language training system. Students come in all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of competence from beginner to advanced. As a teacher at Web, you’ll be responsible for helping students put into practice what they learn on the computer. You’ll help them with all aspects of English including cultural aspects, vocabulary, pronunciation, rhythm, tone and natural expression.
Working hours are 40 hours per week between 1pm and 9pm. Rest days are typically mid-week. Additionally, you will be required to participate in the monthly Extra-Curricular Activities, parties, etc. as scheduled. These events typically only last a few hours.
Requirements
The following are required to qualify for a Chinese working visa:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Two years relevant working experience

Native English speaker
Experience is not required however TEFL or TESOL certification will look upon favorably.
Ability to speak Chinese is not required as all teaching staff speak English however you are strongly encouraged to learn some Chinese before and during your stay as it will dramatically improve your quality of life in China.
Pay and Benefits

Chinese working (Z) visa and all other permits required for legal employment in the PRC

9000 – 15000 RMB per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications

1200 RMB per month housing allowance

Top ESL bonus is 1000yuan per month

6000 RMB annual flight reimbursement
