Job Description
DLA Piper's Real Estate Practice offers a full range of services in areas including acquisition and disposals, construction, commercial real estate, leasing, asset management, real estate financing and insurance and tax. We handle all manner of real estate transactions, ranging from large industrial, commercial sites or project developments to smaller domestic conveyancing matters.
Our clients include major retailers, corporations, property developers, contractors, architects, surveyors, financial institutions and funds. Our approach is to secure the best outcome from each transaction to achieve our clients' property- related goals in a timely and effective manner.
We are currently looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join our busy team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of transactions working with a wide range of multi-national clients.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts including lease, asset sale and purchase agreements and loan documents
- Handling filing and registration
- Checking title deeds and documents
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- At least 3 - 6 years' experience in handling conveyancing matters
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Demonstrate prioritisation skills and have the ability to multi-task
- Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
- Solid experience in working closely with clients is preferable
