POSITION SUMMARY:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food according to the given instructions and established standards
• Maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all kitchen area
• Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating kitchen equipment
  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist kitchen team with day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Support the kitchen team on ensuring overall smooth operation of the kitchen with prompt service at all times
• Prepare, cook and present food efficiently according to established standard
• Assist to ensure sufficient supply of food / ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
• Maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all kitchen area
• Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating kitchen equipment
