What you will be doing:
- Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom and certify goods are arranged and stored according to standards.
- Responsible for mise-en-place, production for pastry spiral operations, special events and wine dinners, and ensure proper waste segregation.
- Assist Cook I and or superiors in running the station efficiently.
- Adhere with the Food Safety Management Systems & HACCP standards and standard recipes.d standard recipes.
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
- Graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
- Knowledgeable of HACCP, Food Safety Management System and in entremetier operations.
