What you will be doing:

  • Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom and certify goods are arranged and stored according to standards.
  • Responsible for mise-en-place, production for Snaps kitchen operation, and ensure proper waste segregation.
  • Assist Cook I and or superiors in running the station efficiently.
  • Adhere with the Food Safety Management Systems & HACCP standards and standard recipes.d standard recipes.


Work Experience

Your experience and skills include:

  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
  • Knowledgeable of HACCP, Food Safety Management System and in entremetier operations.
