Corporate matters
・To convene and manage Board meeting/Shareholder’s meeting and to prepare minutes, registration to legal bureau
・To support company seals affixing work
・To cope with internal audit
Handling inquiries from polices/courts, etc. and handling litigations
・To handle inquiries from polices, courts, bar association, customs
・To handle litigations (PL litigations etc.)
