Objective of job:
Aiming to pave the way of establishing competency in China in the futurist tech. fields and fulfil Chinese next generation customer demands, cooperation management will proactively reach out to the innovative territories and steer the cooperation projects with external partners and internal cross-functional departments to ensure the aligned target execution and accomplishment. Cooperation management is also playing an essential role of bridging the exchange with our strategic partners from R&D perspective, as well as supporting the R&D related topics from Germany and joint venture.
Task description:
1. Steer cooperation projects established with partners :
- Identify clear work packages with partners and ensure the project team oboard from both sides.
- Col l aborate with partners and internal cross-functional departments to align and foster project target, milestone, timeline, deliverable and support on risk identification and problem solving.
- Keep transpancy of project status among all stakeholders via meetings and regular communication.
- Project status tracking, target fulfilment supporting, information consolidating and reporting.
- Ensure the legal base, compliance and antitrust fulfilment.
2. Maintain the liaison with strategic partners
- Facilitate exchanges towards policy/regulation/standards that set for emerging market and forward-looking technologies in automobile industry.
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders for topic consolidation, exchange meeting setup and next step follow up.
- Closely work with lawyer for antitrust clearance for each topic.
3. Market intelligence and business analysis on cooperation/emerging topics
- Conduct in-depth market intelligence research on cooperation moves and related emerging new topics in auto industry.
- Narrate and create report with insightful analysis and strategic thinking.
4. Ad-hot projects/topics required by management.
