Job Summary Responsable de planear, coordinar y ejecutar el plan de entrenamiento de la organización, así como del cumplimiento ante la STPS del mismo. Además, es responsable de dar soporte general a todos los temas relacionados con capacitación y adiestramiento. Job Responsibilities Responsable de crear y dar seguimiento al Plan Anual de Capacitación de acuerdo al proceso de Detección de Necesidades, así como cumplir con los requerimientos legales de Capacitación. Supervisa y coordina a los entrenadores de producción y asegura que se cumplan los requisitos de entrenamiento de acuerdo al procedimiento interno: matriz de entrenamiento, matriz de habilidades, try out, gafete de entrenamiento, etc. Asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad para entrenamiento técnico y administrativo, de acuerdo a las normas ISO9001 e IATF 16949. Responsable de registrar asistencia de entrenamientos y mantener la información actualizada en físico y en sistema TRESS. Responsable de coordinar e impartir inducción a nuevos empleados. Integración y control de expedientes de capacitación. Asegura que las descripciones de puesto HPQ y SQP se encuentran actualizadas. Administración y control de uniformes y casilleros. Participa en eventos de Seguridad y Mejora Continua. Soporte general a empleados y al departamento de Recursos Humanos. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Lic. en Administración de Empresas o afín. Years and area of experience required: 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Capacitación o puesto similar, en área industrial. Deseable: experiencia en industria automotriz. Experiencia con personal a cargo. Technical knowledge: Conocimiento IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Paquetería Office. Deseable: inglés intermedio. Conocimiento en IPC 610, IPC 771121 , J-STD001.
