PRIMARY FUNCTION: Asistir en el área de planificación y manufactura. Coordinar, dar seguimiento y expeditar de manera diaria todos los MO ( Ordenes de Manufacturas) planificados y liberados hasta su cierre. Mantener actualizado el sistema ERP de las líneas asignadas. Digitar y elaborar reportes diarios. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitorear, revisar y liberar las ordenes de producción para permitir que las mismas sean construidas a tiempo de las lineas de producción asignadas. Realizar los reportes de Cortos de las ordenes de manufactura liberadas a las líneas asignadas para informar al área de materiales. Utilizar el sistema de ERP/MRP para sacar informaciones y pueda determinar las fechas de promesas de las ordenes de manufactura a la vez de marcar las prioridades de las mismas. Monitorear las ordenes de manufacturas entregadas a las líneas asignadas para medir la ejecución de la misma a través de la métrica de Schedule Compliance. Responsable de mantener las fechas de las ordenes de manufactura de las líneas asignadas. Responsable de la entrega de planificación y seguimiento a la misma con manufactura. Ejecuta acciones para entender y resolver el retraso de las ordenes que ya han sido liberadas a las líneas asignadas. Lidera los esfuerzos para buscar causas raíces y acciones correctivas cuando se presente alguna situación de rotura del proceso de planificación. Implementa mejora continuas en todos los procesos y procedimientos establecidos en sus área de responsabilidad. Participación en las reuniones de manufacturas diarias. Comunicación efectiva y a tiempo al master scheduler de cualquier situación con las ordenes de manufactura liberadas para su planificación. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Estudiante Universitario de la áreas de Ingeniería o Adm. Empresas con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. Conocimientos intermedio de inglés Conocimientos Intermedio de Microsoft office AS400.
