Coordinateur TPM Localisation : Montrottier Description du poste : Le coordinateur préventif aura pour mission la gestion générale des actions de maintenance préventives. Il est le responsable fonctionnel des techniciens chargés de la réalisation du préventif, il suit les planifications et les indicateurs de performance et gère les chantiers de maitenance ainsi que les préstataires. Responsabilités : Participer à l’établissement et à la mise en place de la politique de maintenance annuelle Gérer les plans d’actions préventives et correctives Suivre les données remontées par le prédictif et proposer les actions en conséquence Participer aux actions d'amélioration continue (5S, Kaizen, SMED, projets green belts) Effectuer de l’assistance technique et de l’aide au diagnostique sur le terrain Piloter la gestion documentaire de tous les équiments de production liés au préventif Assurer la mise en place, le suivi et la formation de la production sur la maintenance de niveau 1 Assurer le suivi des actions de maintenance de niveau 2, proposer des améliorations si besoin, suivre les anomalies relevées lors du préventif et planifier des actions correctives Proposer les outillages, pièces de rechange et consommables à maintenir en stock pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements Participer à l'organisation des chantiers, identifier et suivre les prestataires pour les actions préventives annuelles #LI-JN1 Qualifications Qualifications : Vous possédez un Bac +2/3 ou un Bac +5 avec une spécialisation en maintenance Vous avez idéalement au moins 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance préventive mais nous serons attentifs à toutes candidatures pertinentes. Vous avez des connaissances techniques en automatisme, électricité, mécanique, robotique et êtes à l'aise avec la GMAO.
