Job Description
Location: France - Montrottier JOB SUMMARY: The aim is to develop an Environmental, Health, Security & Safety (EHS) Management System based on continuous improvements. You will be in charge of promoting and deploying Eaton Safety Policy to create and maintain a safe work environment fully aligned to ZISC, preventing pollution and conserving resources as well as staying fully conform to all legal requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and direct site activities in order to achieve EHS targets & objectives. Facilitate risk assessment on site to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects, including NPI. Work with leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS Support creation of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity-based goals for the leadership team, functional managers, and front-line supervisors to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results. Drive and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout the site. Create and facilitates EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year. Work with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations. Perform Security audits to ensure compliancy with Eaton's Policy. Create training matrices to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion. #LI-JN1 Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor or master's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent. 5 years' experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training.
