Job Description
The Coordinator is responsible for delivering the mission, values and vision of City of Dreams in accordance with the SOP of the Company. The primary functions are to offer a Five stars service quality, courtesy and safety to customers who are attending our entertainment activities. Coordinating with the respective teams to ensure that customers’ expectations are met. This position requires a dynamic communication with customers in diverse nationality and all age range.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep working knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedures, rule and regulations on all Entertainment venues including but not limited to box offices, FOH operation, Retail, F&B and Party venues
- Facilitate and flexibility support daily operations units wherever and whenever required.
- Perform daily in depth inspections of venues and workflow
- Provide real time support and guidance in operation and instructions to staff when needed
- Assist in maintaining all tools and BOH facilities in top conditions
- Able to perform routine maintenance checks, safety checks and risk assessments.
- Ability to host an event as an event organizer or supervise and support the event whilst another colleague is hosting it
- Coordinate in developing, organizing and implementing of all activities, e.g. class, parties, event, etc. inside the premises
- Assist in implementation of the creative activity curriculum
- Ability to assist on the creation and delivery of the activities implemented e.g. song and dance, stage characters, acting, dancing in reasonable timeline
- Ability to learn from seniors in coordinating and motivating your team so that they in return deliver that to the guests as per their individual job descriptions.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff by maintaining effective staff communication.
- Monitor staff duties and responsibilities so that staff could learn and grow
- Communicate to his superior staff behaviors and disciplinary measures when applicable
- Ability to learn and deliver every aspect of the business e.g. cleaning, courtesy, professionalism and operation
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisors
- Ensure that the concerned operation meets the requirements of law & legislation
- Assist in managing customers related issues at the venues and escalate issues the his Duty manager
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

- Ability to read and communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin / English
- Brilliant customer services & public relations skills
- Professionally presented and behaved
- Prepare to work additional or alternative duties as required
- Ready to work at irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 1 years working experience
Education
- High school diploma or a degree/diploma with appropriate experience in one of the following subjects:
- Arts management/administration
- Event management
- Marketing/ customer services
Skills / Competencies
- Honesty, integrity, reliability and patience
- Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred
- Skills in managing time, setting priorities and organizing work
- Ability to work independently
- Skills in supervising the work of staff
- Strong problem solving skills under pressure with a mature approach
- Microsoft Office application experience (Excel, Word)
