Your profile:

? You have a technical education as a chemical-technical assistant (CTA), testing background in material properties, laboratory assistant in chemical- or textile industry or similar, or have completed a commercial education with very good technical background knowledge.

? You are willing to participate in the development of new structures and can also familiarize yourself with cross-functional processes.

? You have a good ability to express yourself and communicate assured with our partners by phone as well as by e-mail.

? Your work is proactive and by your own initiative and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.

? You are familiar with the common MS Office applications.

? You have very good command of the English language, as well in writing, as in fluent speaking skills.

? Initial professional experience(s) in the automotive industry are advantageous, but not mandatory.

Your tasks:

? You are responsible for the procurement and commissioning of testing services to our external partner laboratories and if required, to our international subsidiaries in Germany and the USA.

? You are the contact person for questions regarding the commissioned tests and the execution of the entire operative order processing. You will be supported in this by the ivs team and the sales coordinators.

? Within your role you are responsible for the commercial and logistical aspects of a commissioning order.

? You track order confirmations and finishing dates of placed orders, manage the return of test reports and are responsible for the input of results to our reporting database.

? You support the research, assessment and expansion of our global partner network.

? The maintenance of master data to your assigned suppliers, as well as the processing of complaints are also part of your area of ??responsibility.
