What We Do (Accountabilities)

• Make sure that the PQAM has the correct information on the die test schedule and review with the technical team to make sure the last/outsole/innersole grading and stitching book are approved before PQAM goes to the factory to perform the die test.

• Make sure the report has the complete information and make a report on the performance on time and rejection rate.

  
  

Essential Functions of the Role

• Well-connected communication with suppliers : to get suppliers to help us for development , even if no orders .

• Professional knowledge of materials : can help suppliers to enhance their products more popular & prior to their

  Competitors .

Requirement：

1. Basic English skill is necessary (Reading & Writing);

2. 1-3 year shoe industry experience;

3. New fresh are welcome to jonin us.
