职位概况

• Supervise and manage the safety and efficient operations of production department. 监督和管理生产部门的安全操作以及有效率的运作。
• Supervise and ensure all finished products meet quality standards of H.B Fuller. 监督和管理确保所有生产的成品符合H.B Fuller公司质量标准。
• Assist production supervisors to manage teams. 协助生产主管完成班组的日常管理。
• Follow H.B. Fuller & government EHS policy and procedure at any place and any time during the work.
• 在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBFuller公司和国家规定的安全政策和程序。
• This position is reporting to production manager. 该职位向生产经理汇报。

PRIMARY DUTIES

主要职责

• Collect information on safety and quality accidents for production department, do investigation, and organize meeting to discuss on improvement and follow up actions’ status. 主导生产部门安全、质量事故的信息收集、调查并召集讨论改善措施及跟踪完成。
• Assist production supervisors to supervise and manage employees of production to execute company’s policy and all safety and quality regulations. 协助生产主管监督管理生产部门执行公司政策和部门的各项安全、质量生产规章规定。
• Collect, record and disposal production data and give feedback, assist production supervisors to monitor production efficiency and supervise the implementation of improvement plan. 生产数据收集、记录、整理和反馈，协助生产主管对生产效率进行监控并共同监督实施提升方案。
• Operate the WMS system to complete the warehousing of finished products. 操作WMS系统完成成品入库。
• Assistant supervisors to finish and submit attendance records every month. 协助主管完成每月员工考勤记录并提交。
• Assist production supervisors to supervise and manage the OD implementation and give feedback and suggestions for improvement. 协助生产主管监督管理OD执行情况并及时反馈、提出改善建议。
• Responsible for material consumption control, making an inventory and requisition of buying for production department. 负责生产部门消耗材料的控制、盘点和申请采购。
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in production department. 对生产部门的培训项目的有效性进行跟踪和评价。
• Doing site inspection, supervising, checking team’s work and giving feedback according to the production indicators. 按生产指标对班组生产进行现场巡视、监督，检查班组各项工作完成情况并反馈。
• Assist to manage 5S follow-up in production workshop. 协助生产车间的5S跟进管理。
• Other things assigned from the supervisor.主管交代的其他事项。

Minimum Requirements

职位要求

• Good team oriented personality is a must. 必须有良好的团队工作能力。
• College degree or above.
• 大专及以上学历。
• Manufacture, especially in chemical or adhesive industry experience preferred. 在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。
• Possess good collaboration and communication skill. 必须有良好的团队沟通能力。
• A good trainer and willing to share experiences. 积极分享经验，及良好的培训能力。
• Basic MS office software operation skills. 具备基本的办公软件操作技能。
