Job Description
FUNCION PRINCIPAL: Responsable de la preparación de embarques aéreos y marítimos, recibo y verificación de productos, facturación de productos, reportes de embarque, auditoria de documentación y dar soporte al coordinador en las necesidades del área FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Recibo e inspección de los productos entregados por manufactura. Preparar todos los embarques con la documentación requerida y verificar dicha documentación por almacén y/o orden non-stock, el número de paletas y cajas de cada embarque, cantidad de piezas y libras enviadas a cada almacén y el valor monetario Generar Labels Internacionales para las órdenes aéreas y de non-stock. Actualizar el sistema con la información del embarque. Procesar embarques aéreos. Generar reportes de embarques. Facturar en el sistema, liberar las órdenes, generar la factura del vagón mediante el sistema de VISTA y garantizar que el peso no exceda las 40,000 libras. Confirmación de Licence Plate. Verificar que el “Control de Piso” coincida con la información proporcionada por el sistema de VISTA. Preparar la solicitud para aprobación de aéreos y coordinar la preparación y entrega de la carga a los suplidores de carga aérea (UPS, Fedex, etc). Backup del coordinador de shipping. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Ser multiplicador de las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton Qualifications Requisitos: Bachiller. Preferible estudiante universitario de las áreas de Ingeniería o Adm. de Empresas (50% creditos) Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el área de manufactura/shipping/almacén Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office: Word, Excel Conocimientos básicos de Inglés Preferible: Conocimientos y manejo de AS400 y Vista.
