Our Smart Visuals team is a bunch of creative designers who support our clients all over Siemens with their visualization needs: Whatever our clients struggle with, be it professional PowerPoint slides or marketing material, our creative minds go in to find the best solution. For this service, we need a coordinator to keep all strings together: You are proactively aligning new visualization requests as soon as they come in via our client’s interfaces: Set-up projects in our systems based on the client’s needs and the input you receive from the Key Account Managers You also create the offers for our clients and align within our creative team, who has capacity to take over the tasks Each project needs a follow-up by scheduling, documenting the status in our ticketing system, monitoring each project individual status, and providing an overview for management and the team on a continuous basis You check the recorded hours per project and send reminders, based on that you also prepare the invoicing From all that creative input, you document the best solutions for our repository You communicate globally: You get in touch frequently with our colleagues in India and steer the cross-border projects If you are a structured communicator, we are looking forward to meeting you!
