Major Responsibilities:
1, calibration of working methodologies on content generation
2, language polish on works done by Chinese content members
3, development of question generation strategies
4, development of training methodologies and materials
5, training of incoming content copy editors/members

Job Requirements:
An undergraduate student at study or holder of bachelor of arts degree or higher.
test preparation/education/journalism/English literature background is preferred

Expertise Required:
1, interest in education-related industry
2, comprehensive knowledge and study in US standardized tests (TOEFL, SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, etc)
3, experience of working at an online education/test preparation company preferred
4, ability to work under pressure and OTs
5, excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
6, a good team player, able to work cohesively within the team and across teams to accomplish goals
7, disciplined skills in all aspects of job performance with strong attention to details
8, demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environment
