Service charter – Basic Function
l To provide professional services and validate the ultimate quality of all texts for outgoing 360 degrees communications materials
l To work closely with media planning, digital, marketing, HR and PR teams to encompass different needs
l To edit and revise text in accordance with company tonality and artistic requirements
l To identify and supervise translation and copywriting agencies and services required for quality performance and to share across the company.
l To coordinate resources between different tasks and maintain good management of timelines
l To support all the communications activities when required

Service Charter - Scope of responsibilities

• For texts converted from existing materials (i.e. press releases, training materials, brochures, brand stories), compose the content and propose to owning division/department
• For locally initiated projects, engage outside services to propose content to owning division/department.
