This role is intended to support the GDS Risk Management function (as a pert of Operations) in GDS Philippines. This is an internal services support position.
The job profile for Risk Management (RM) broadly entails helping the Global Delivery Services (GDS) RM Lead to plan, implement and monitor systems and compliance processes in GDS Philippines and wherever required, extend support with respect to co-ordination on legal matters.
This role will need to learn technical aspects of various internal policy Global compliance requirements to help responding to queries by employees associated with internal policy compliances mandated throughout the year.
The activities also involve in-depth analysis of data to generate MIS and Matrix based reports, function-wise within respective Business Units.
Apart from the key role / responsibilities described above, utilise available time if any, for any other Risk Management projects, to support other team members within Risk Management. (This is not primary role, to be undertaken as and when needed, depending on availability of time)

Assist in monitoring compliance to various EY policy matters and in consultation with the GDS RM lead, advice function heads on RM matters
Execute and help manage Business Relationship specific compliances as per EY’s policies
Manage various initiatives around creating RM awareness in GDS Philippines
Help in coordinating Global & location related initiatives and staff mandates in GDS Philippines
Co-ordinate with the General Counsel Office (GCO) and Procurement teams for vendor contracts & agreements
Assisting the GDS RM lead and Location Leader with the review, development and implementation of compliance processes, rules and standards as per the internal policies
Coordinating for compliance audits and testing in GDS PhilippinesTotal work experience of 5-6 years, preferably in Compliance and Risk Management function
Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
Exposure to global projects preferred
Project management and change management skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with attention to detail
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential information
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint presentations, Power Bi, Dashboards
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Business/ Accountancy/ Finance
Currently we are working remotely, once offices resume, must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
