Job Description:

• Responsible for hardware, software / network installation, and infrastructure implementation
• Responsible for network infrastructure maintenance
• Provide technical support and consultation on solving customer’s technical issues
• Support customers in maintenance related issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Network related certification preferred
• Prefer with Huawei product experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in IT industry specialized in network infrastructure support (Core/Access Switch, Firewall, Router and WIFI…)
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba and Ruckus WIFI solution implementation, migration and supporting is an advantage
• Manage time effectively and independent ability working
• Good communication in English and Chinese
