About the Role/Client

A great opportunity for lawyers admitted in the PRC or a Common Law jurisdiction with 2-3 years’ experience in general corporate transactions including M&A, JV, FDI. Our client is an international firm with established practice in China and the role will offer corporate experience in a broad range of industries.

Candidates should be native Mandarin speakers and possess excellent communication skills in English.
