What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for driving the growth of our existing and potential business.
  • Determine and drive our business retention and growth with current and potential corporate customers, working with and influencing the key decision makers in the industry.
  • Work with Global Account Manager and drive sustained growth for the global customers.
  • Cross-organizational collaborations, strong network in brewing industry, ability to grow new clients and/or expand existing ones
  • Lead and/or coordinate interactions with prospective and existing customers, develop and implement business plan
  • Identify and negotiate big deals. Access, negotiate and form strategic partnership with external organizations to strengthen and/or expand our product/service offerings.
  • Provide overall leadership with aspects to strategic account plan and execution, identify and develop new opportunities, and grow business
  • Capable of proactively making trade-off decisions under resource constraints, while driving business success through prioritization, innovation and focus

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales management or related industrial experience, and must demonstrate strong commercial and technical acumen
  • Bachelor and above, experience in beverage industrial and MBA is preferred
  • Hands-on mentality and able to manage entire sales cycle
  • Results driven and discerning with regards to priorities
  • Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Strong influencer
  • Creative strategic thinker and fast learner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Influential communicator and great presentation skills
