Job Description

  • To focus on Korean Accounts of the company and take ownership;
  • To perform transition, retention and penetration of Korean Accounts and solicit new business from these accounts to increase the market shares;
  • To ensure the compliance of the preset account operations & documentation processes as well as productivity standards;
  • To co-ordinate and work closely with other Expeditors origin offices to perform and meet the Korean Accounts different requirements;
  • To achieve budgeted revenue targets and account shares objectives;
  • To participate sales call and meetings with Korean customers, etc.;
  • To uncover customer requirements, qualify opportunities and propose the right solutions;
  • To safeguard strategic relationships with Korean accounts;
  • To be responsible for special projects as deemed necessary;
  • To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

Qualifications

  • University graduate.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ corporate account sales experience with the leading global logistics companies, probably best to have work on Korean high-tech customer;
  • Customer-first minded, action oriented, resourceful  &  diligent. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Has good tactical/operational understanding;
  • Korean languares spoken at priority
