A US law firm is seeking for a 2PQE level corporate commercial associate to be based in their Shanghai office.

You will get to work on various corporate matters including private equity investments, securities and cross-border M&A.

The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of law firm experience outside China, PRC qualified and ideally plus another oversea qualification (e.g. HK, US, UK etc) Mandarin and English languages are essential for this role.
