The successful candidate will:

• be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE with a focus on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters (experience in SFC regulatory matters, venture capital and fintech related legal work will be an advantage);
• possess good legal knowledge, drafting skills and common sense; and
• be fluent in, and writes immaculate, English (spoken Cantonese or Putonghua, and written Chinese, though an advantage, are not essential).
