Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing fundraising events and activities
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and other written materials to promote the events
  • Coordinate with sponsors, donors, government departments in connection with specific events
  • Act as a key coordinator on the event day to ensure a smooth operation and execution of all activities
  • Assist in handling donors’ database, donation receipts, and income and expenses record of fundraising events.

 

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with event management experience is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional task with tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently

 

We operate on a 5.5 days work week with at least one Sat-Off per month. We offer an attractive salary and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
