Job Description

Description:
1. Corporate communications: 
    - Develop communications strategy and annual plan integrating internal communications and external communications
    - Develop Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and annual planning
    - Execute internal and external communication activities based on planning
    - Cordinate with HQ for collaboration of reginal communications and cross share information
    - Design, prepare and organize townhall meetings
    - Organize and plan corporate events that reflect corporate culture and spirit
    - Develop communications materials in Chinese and English version
    - Assist departments with their communications when required
2. External communications and PR strategy:
    - Liaise/support external Corporate Communications collaboration with brand partners, regional office, HQ, etc. 
    - Manage/support DFS China PR strategy and media relations (news releases, press conference, etc.)
    - Explore appropriate media opportunities for corporate branding and partnership
    - Develop stories of corporate strategy, business development, employer branding for external audience and leverage Daimler media resources properly in collaboration with its PR team
    - Coordinate and facilitate for Media issues/crisis together with internl teams and Daimler PR team
    - Support marketing team as communiation quality gate keeper for digital and other marketing related communications to public
3. Internal Communication: 
    - Manage social intranet, Linkedin, and other corporate communication plateforms with regular posting
    - Liaise with internal teams for internal communiation initiatives, e.g. newsletter, peronsal announcement and others
    - Organize internal corporate activities and intiatives according to plan with corresponding follow up communications
    - Initiate other corporate activities that could support company culture building     
4. Vendor management:
    - Collect internal requirements and brief agency vendors
    - Manage internal purchase and payment process 
    - Evaluate and manage the quality of vendor service 
5. Strategy Communication:
    - Cooperate and support for Strategy communications
    - Support Strategy related activities related to communication
