An excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Counsel with business savvy to join a multinational company reporting to the legal director, Greater China. Based in Shanghai, you will primarily be responsible for providing legal support on its marketing activities, including brand, loyalty, and partnership campaigns, as well as other business and technology initiatives. Also, you will oversee commercial deals, campaigns, and promotions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 5-7 years’ PQE in marketing and new TMT related law and regulations, preferably gained in a mix of private practice and in-house experience. A good team player who is familiar with the business needs of the technology and travel industry is preferred. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. REF: 15355/CP
