We are working with an international education organisation to hire a mid level legal counsel to be based in Shenzhen. 

You will report into the Legal Counsel and provide legal advice to the group, including drafting and reviewing of a range of commercial documents. You will be advising business units on business operation and expansion.

The ideal candidate should be a PRC qualified lawyer with experience in corporate governance. In-house experience is preferred but not strictly required. Chinese language skills are essential for the position.
