We are now seeking a motivated and outgoing group customer service executive to join our team at the Head Office. You will be part of the transformation team in the veterinary clinic business, working in a challenging yet rewarding and pet friendly environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide onsite customer service and hospitality training & coaching to front line team
- Develop corporate action plan to upgrade the overall customers services across our veterinary clinics/hospitals
- Develop a new consumer experience in the veterinary industry
- Address and provide solutions for customer queries and complaints
- General Head office administrations
Job requirements:
- Pet lover
- 2 years reception/ customer service experience in hospitality or business center
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English is essential, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in customer relationship management & big data is an advantage
- Overseas study or work experience is a plus
- Outgoing personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Maintains a high standard of personal presentation with a great smile and positive attitude
- Able to act as brand representative externally
